Jasmin Calvin, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), eating disorders, and trauma in young adults and adults. Jasmin has specialized experience in identifying and treating the intersection of OCD and eating disorders.
She works with individuals experiencing anxiety-related concerns such as excessive worry, social anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and struggles with food and body image. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Jasmin helps clients reduce avoidance, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build confidence in facing fears.
With experience across community, home-based, and outpatient settings, Jasmin is skilled in supporting clients with complex clinical needs and trauma. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based. Jasmin is a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and participates in ongoing training in anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and related conditions.
She is licensed to practice in Indiana and provides fully virtual services.
