Mallory Layton, LMHCA, is a licensed mental health counselor associate with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Ball State University. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), while also helping individuals navigate trauma, attachment concerns, and relationship challenges.
Mallory works with individuals experiencing excessive worry, panic, social anxiety, perfectionism, obsessions and compulsions (OCD), trauma-related symptoms, and challenges related to attention, organization, and emotional regulation (ADHD). She also supports clients who are struggling with relationship difficulties, insecure attachment, self-esteem, identity development, and the emotional impact of significant life changes.
Mallory is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders, and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
With experience across outpatient private practice and university counseling settings, Mallory is skilled in supporting college students and adults with complex clinical needs. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based.
