Katie Bingham, LSW, PMH-C, is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Indiana University. She also holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Katie specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She also works with women with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Katie helps individuals struggling with excessive worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, perfectionism, and obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors (OCD). She uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop greater awareness and acceptance of intrusive thoughts and urges. Her work focuses on reducing avoidance behaviors and building effective coping strategies.

In addition, Katie works with women with ADHD who may struggle with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, self-criticism, relationship stress, and difficulty balancing responsibilities. She helps clients better understand how ADHD impacts their emotions, communication, routines, and self-esteem while building practical tools for organization, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships. Katie’s approach emphasizes self-compassion, emotional awareness, and creating sustainable strategies that help women feel more confident, supported, and connected in their daily lives.

Katie is committed to providing evidence-based care and regularly attends advanced training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, and ADHD in women. She is currently completing the clinical hours required for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Katie is licensed to practice in Indiana and works under the supervision of Leslie Sommer, LCSW
